Blowing snow. Grooming in progress. Training grid:groomed and trackset as of 12:00Noon. Blue trail river loops are trackset and sheltered. Exposed areas will be trackset after wind settles: expect by 9:00AM Wednesday. Conditions are very good.
Ski Season at Windsor Park officially starts tomorrow – Saturday December 1st!
We can hardly believe it. It didn’t seem that enough snow had fallen earlier this week but Jim the Groomer says we’re good to go. Thin in spots but WE CAN SKI!

I skate skied on Sunday from 10:30 to 1:30, -1° to +1°, cloudy. A+ track. With a very light wind, it was fantastic spring skiing.
The classic track generally looked good, but it was very shallow in a number of places, with no snow at all for a foot or so in some places.
Opportunity this weekend for a significant blast of snow if things move right… will there be any grooming at all with the clubhouse closed if we get hit.. or is it done regardless of snow fall?
Sorry folks, somehow the weekend trail reports didn’t get published here. Jim’s been busy with this new snow (finally!). Things are looking great. Of course some areas will be windblown. Jim will be hard at it again after tomorrow’s snow/wind storm!
