3 groups of people walking on ski trails in WP this aft… 2 families pulling their clhild in a sled while walking on the classic trails… a man and woman came up from seine river and proceeded to walk all along the blue loop then most likely into graveyard loop…

I was out at BHP Sat. p.m. Chickadee and Blue Stem have been groomed over the last few days and are in great shape. Thanks BHP!
The other trails have been skier tracked only since last weekend’s snowfall.

Trails freshly groomed as of Thursday. Classic tracks are in excellent condition, and are fast in today’s sunshine. Skate conditions are very good!

Skied Beaudry today Tuesday Feb 21st. Freshly groomed today and in great condition. A bit slow due to cold and new snow, but settling up nicely.

All trails and grids freshly groomed this morning. Conditions are excellent and all trails and creek crossings are open.

Mon. 09:30 -17 c. 5 plus cm of new snow.Did west Bluestem and has had a few skiers go down it.Glide was fair and you will get a great workout overcoming the added friction.Lot was filling up at Chickadee as of 11:00.

Louis Riel Monday: Light snow and high winds forecast for today and this afternoon. Fresh grooming will commence after this system moves on. Nordic center is open regular Monday hours til 10PM

Trails are in excellent condition. Ski-Play area has been freshened up. Moonrise and Big Dog creek crossings are in good, skiable condition. (no longer closed)

Wildwood was nicely freshly groomed yesterday

Fresh SNOW!! Grooming is underway as of 6AM SUnday. We expect all trails to be completed by about 10AM

Trails groomed Saturday morning. Conditions are very good. Not at all icy like driving the streets of Winnipeg might suggest. Snow is holding up very well. Jimmy’s dip creek crossing still open. Repaired /new lights on Black Diamond, Fox Hole Bump and Jimmy’s Dip. Trail lights on til 10PM daily.

Friday afternoon we skijored the north half of Spruce. Seemed like it had been recently groomed, and was in really nice condition. There’s some tree litter, but the trail was hard-packed with good edge.

Fri. a.m. -12 c. West Bluestem had good glide and kick.May have been groomed since Mon..Should be faster in p.m. with increased temp.and traffic.

Perfect grooming by 10:00 a.m. – classic tracks, skate deck and hills!!

Monday morning classic tracks were excellent – firm and fast with minimal debris. The Group Use Road looked like a lot of skiers had enjoyed it on the weekend, but was also in great shape. Thanks to park staff for Friday’s grooming!

Classic trails are nice and tight. You can tell they have been recently groomed. They are not as icy as I anticipated but there is the odd leaf debris here and there. Overall in very good shape

Icy trails Thursday AM, but skate areas have been scraped. Conditions are good. Moonrise and Bigdog trails are closed due to flooding on the river crossings. Jimmy’s Dip river crossing is holding up well.
