From Ardythe McMaster:
Here at Bittersweet, we received no snowfall from the Thursday storm. Further, the howling winds were unable to blow existing snow around, as the recent mild days have put a hardened layer over the snow-covered fields. The ski trails are fast, but so far, they are not icy. It is well to remember that we are halfway through the month of March! The March sun is strong and growing stronger. This means that some of our south-facing hills may be adversely affected, and some may even be burnt out in places. We advise that skiers come to enjoy our fast trails, and, bearing in mind the above, will enjoy a safe and happy day at Bittersweet!
