    Birds Hill Park, Monday afternoon, -8° to -5°.
    Bluestem, Chickadee, Aspen, Esker, Lime Kiln: 1 cm of fine grained snow fell on the trail system overnight, so the previously icy/ice tracks now have a nice soft surface. Glide is slower than it has been, but it is still good because the new snow is now well skied-in. We really enjoyed today’s skiing.

      Yes, quite the afternoon in BHP. Skate track glide improved a lot probably due to the snow filling in the pores made by all the suns rays and also covered all the dirty snow . West Bluestem was quick. East Bluestem and Aspen seen lots of weekend use and was worn in places. Probably last chance tomorrow for a good ski in BHP , before the big B hits.
