City of Winnipeg parks 1 year, 10 months ago I went to Harbour View on Wednesday. The trails were groomed but much of it was iced-over because of the wind. Some grass showing through on parts of the trail. Not the best skiing experience. I will go to Birds Hill Park tomorrow
