The West side trails are in good spring shape! The grooming has held up well: the classic tracks are shallow but consistent (best on Fox Den and Jackrabbit). I didn’t have amazing kick, but double poling was great. Skating conditions were excellent! I couldn’t have asked for better. No walking damage at all.

There’s still plenty of snow coverage, with no bare or thin spots yet: not even crossing the creek. I wouldn’t be surprised if trails are skiable next weekend.
