City of Winnipeg parks 1 year, 8 months agoWent out Jan.27th to Kildonan Golf Course. Parking lot was freshly cleared but the pushed a lot of that snow into the entrance of the course. You had to walk over all the hard packed clumps of snow. Not a very good idea, was some what dangerous for walking to the trail.

Skied Kildonan golf course last night (10th). We are very new to this sport, 3rd time out, so don’t have experience with conditions. Double tracks seemed good to us, expect along Main Street. Hard packed with leaves on top of sections. Love it!

I was out there first thing this morning, you could barely see the tracks from the grooming that was done the other day under the fresh snow that fell last night. Skiers will be setting tracks.
