Decided to try out Kildonan Park this morning for a quick ride and found myself doing close to 10km in the cold weather as I couldn’t believe how well groomed the trail was in the golf course! Some of the best classic skiing this year even as of yet considering the somewhat slower conditions because of the cold weather. I was surprised to get more glide than I thought i would though. Where the bright sun was hitting the tracks, it was smooth sailing I must say. I normally classic at Bird’s Hill Park, but living close by KP, it was a shot in the dark at hoping for a good trail. If you live nearby, get out there. It was a fun ski to say the least! No debris or gravel areas at all. Only good tracks!
