The Pumpkin Creek Ski Club trailhead / parking lot / shelter building is located ~4 km west of Roseisle on the Valley Road (~5K north of the Birch Ski Area) . After turning south (left) off PTH 245 onto the road that leads to the Birch Ski Area, turn west (right) at the first road (at the Pumpkin Creek sign). Go 2.5 km to the Pumpkin Creek trailhead / parking lot that is well signed and on the right (north) side of the road.
There is a lovely shelter building with outhouse facilities near the trailhead where you can stash your gear, eat your lunch, and warm up with a wood stove.
