The Dead Ox Trailblazers is made up of outdoor enthusiasts from the east side of the Riding Mountain National Park area. Some of us ski the trails in RMNP all week.
We also have set tracks at the McCreary Golf & Country Club located just outside the park on the Agassiz road (follow the highway signs on #5 to Mount Agassiz). The clubhouse is beautiful and open between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM every Sunday to warm up and meet friends. We have 3K of single track with several loops to ski on the golf course. We have a good supply of ski equipment for use by club members. The golf course provides good access to the Oak Ridge Trail in RMNP. Stop in to warm up before or after your ski.
