Town of La Salle:
– From the South Perimeter Highway, turn south on Highway 330 which leads to the town of La Salle.
– ~7K later, cross the bridge over the La Salle River, turn right at the first street (1st Ave), cross the railway tracks, turn right at first street (Rue Degagne), and continue straight to the river (the boat launch area, parking lot).
– Skate ski on the La Salle River, probably heading west, but possibly also east. It is packed by snowmobiles, and perhaps local residents will have set a classic track. The next bridge (Highway 247) is ~4K away. Conditions beyond that point may not be as good.
Also, skate ski on the La Salle River west from La Barriere Park.
