These trails were first in use 26 years ago, and were refurbished by Birch Mountain Sports Inc in autumn 2018. These beautiful trails are wooded amid gently rolling terrain with 4 kms of classic tracks set. The trails are wide enough to accommodate snowshoeing and hiking as well. Snowshoe trails are marked and not tracked. All trails are well marked with mapped diagrams posted along the trails.
There is an outdoor biffy, fire pit, and warm up shack.
An annual membership, which includes use of ski equipment and snowshoes, can be purchased on-site or by going to 2022/23 La Perdrix trails – Birch Mountain Sports membership form
Non-member day fees:
– $5 for trail use
– $5 for rental of ski equipment and snowshoes
All users must sign-in at the kiosk located at the trail head. Covid-19 safety protocols are in effect. Please obey posted signage.
