15 Charleswood Ski Club members headed over to Perdrix after skiing at Birch (15 minute drive) to find lots of snow, excellent conditions and expert grooming. It is a fun place in the forest to ski the loops 3 or 4 times. Thanks to Audrey Comte for being welcoming and even building us a bonfire.

Trail update Dec 10, 2021 – We had 3-4 inches of fresh snow over the past weekend. Trails were tracked the evening of Wednesday Dec 8th and are in good condition. High winds caused some snow drifting in the field. The field will be re-tracked Saturday morning Dec 11 as well as a new trail on the South field (South of the landowner’s home).

We were the first to break in brand new grooming this morning. Lovely firm, deep-set tracks all through the forest loops! Conditions also decent Au Champs, although some soft stubble is poking through in places (which the next snowfall should take care of). Couldn’t ask for better November skiing.
