  • Birch and Steepleview mostly double tracked (where space allows) Ravine was packed only, looks like it may now be part of the multi use trail. West side trails all in good shape.

  • The West side trails are in good spring shape! The grooming has held up well: the classic tracks are shallow but consistent (best on Fox Den and Jackrabbit). I didn’t have amazing kick, but double poling was great. Skating conditions were excellent! I couldn’t have asked for better. No walking damage at all.

  • Don’t put away your skis just yet. We were pleasantly surprised to find almost 2 inches of FRESH snow and grooming in progress on the WEST side trails. The groomer said the EAST side trails were not groomed and would likely not get groomed for the rest of the season. The 5 km skate deck looked very good.
